Killer Instinct Gaming is a community of gamers looking to help each other brand and be successful. We compete, we create and we showcase content as an org. Early in 2020, during a pandemic a group friends decided that it was time to show the world that the average player can still be noticed. COVID-19 provided a huge boom into gaming, mainly because it was a safe activity to do inside. Although gaming has been around, it was now time to take it to the next level. That’s when Killer Instinct Gaming was born. Now recruiting the same type of players that believe hard work and dedication can get you to a platform of success. We are now looking to level up using the three C’s. Competition, Community and Content
Competitive
As esports organizations move forward at speed, the space for casual money-making competition may not have kept pace. The number of gamers who have the passion and dedication to play competitively and use their skills to earn money is growing. Yet, there is no equivalent to semi-pro football in esports, where players can make a nice chunk of change without being pro. Aside from do-it-yourself wagers, the only way to earn cash at the moment is to go fully professional, which isn’t viable for everyone.
Furthermore, because the pipeline for casual players is somewhat lacking, it might be difficult to do so even for the few that are capable. As a result, the industry has been flooded with competitive gaming platforms, which focus on organizing small-scale esports tournaments with real-money prizes. Thousands of such competitions are being hosted daily on various competitive gaming platforms. That’s where we come in, we want to be the bridge to help the casual player get noticed.
Community
We all know it’s harder to get noticed just by yourself. Having a community to back you in content creation can help you thrive on ideas and give you a different perspective that you may have not noticed. With over 14 content creators you will meet others from different cultures and communities. Within discord alone we have over 200 individuals that can help with the networking along with feeling like a family.
Content
With a competitive nature KIG wants to provide the highest form of content with in the esport community. With anything, a dynasty isn’t built over night. We within the organization provides monthly meetings to discuss analytics, new ideas and content to help each other reach their full potential. This content can be taught to reuse and recycle in ways that can help benefit the streamer or content creator at that time.
Goals:
-To provide the most efficient content and marketing to small streamers within the esport community.
-To be an influential brand within the next 5 years
-Compete and represent tournaments accumulating over $100K in winnings in the next 5 years.
-To be established as a pro team within the next 5 years.
-Get at least one content creator to partner each year.
